General question about hermies

I've been looking at alot some pics of hermies and i keep seein all these plants with big balls and 2 hairs. I have never had a plant that looked that way. I never see any sign of a male untill late in flowering and then its just banannas. So this leads me to think im doing something wrong in flowering. Is it more common for a plant hermie early if its a genetics or can it go either way. I keep blamin these hermies on bagseeds and it might be me.. ooooh no.

i am new also and you can see the hermies i had posted today.i started out with 5 plants and i have only i female for certain.i did not have my grow area set up before i started this grow.really didn't have any intention of growing.a friend talked me into it and gave me the seeds.suppossed to have been quality seeds.he grows every year.not sure what causes them to hermie or go male.hippie says that some yrs you will have more males than females.not sure myself.its all fun anyway.i have seeds i ordered and am starting another grow.good luck and i am sure someone will explain this in detail for you.
