if you have other females flowering i would kill it. or atleast move it as far away as you can. keep it confined to on area and be sure not to transport pollen on your close or hands, but thats hard to do.. its easier to just kill it so it don't ruin your other plant.

Since you have a female, I would also recommend killing it. It is just too easy for pollen to be transported in the air or on your clothes. If the hermie produces much pollen at all, the amount of smokable bud can be very small.
