Ordering Seeds Online

I wasn't quite sure where to post this, but I was wondering if you guys could answer a couple a questions for me. First off, is ordering seeds online a bad idea? I came across a site and was interested in getting seeds. Does anyone have any expereinece buying online? Is there a store where I should order from? I also have a question, I live in the U.S.A. (Not in California) and wanted to order seeds, but is that illeagal to do? I know that growing and smoking/dealing is illeagal, but wanted just to order the seeds for fun :) Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I've never ordered seeds because I'm in the US and I'm scared. However I've done research on it and blah.

that's helpful and will give you info. As you might know, you should never pay with a credit/debit card. Or electronically in any way for that matter. The reason is anomity (if that's the right word for anonymous). If a government bureaucracy wanted to look you up, they can get a warrant and look at your bank account for suspicious things and you could get raided.

You'll want a good website (pay with a money order!) and don't have it sent to your address where you grow. GL ^^
