FLushing for EBB & FLOW system

WHen should I start flushing, and for how long for an ebb & flow system. Its almost time for harvest too.

First off Hello :D and second of all i am a N00B:holysheep: but I have done alot of reading on this site and from what everyone says is at least a week if not two. that seems to be the consensus. I know that in this months High Times there is an article on this subject, but I have not purchased it yet. When I do i will update this thread :D:D Good luck

One week of distilled water or you can use Final Phase or some other flushing solution on the market.
