Best Strain with no Canopy?

If you follow the link in my sig you will see that I grow in a fridge. With one White Widow in there it works great!

But, I want to grow 4 plants in there. 4 White Widows would be WAYYYYY to bushy and the light would never get through the canopy!

I need some advice on a suitable strain to grow with very little canopy. Like a "Great White Shark".

Whats the best yielding strain with the least leaves on it???

Flower White Indica from seed and you'll get a nice compact single cola plant.
