co2/fan co-ordination

how many times a day should you release co2 and should you turn off your extractor fans.how long for?

the room is 1.2m x 0.8m and 2m high the extract fan is a 173m3/hr rvk100 with a carbon filter attached. situated in the highest point of the room. co2 is heavy right? so if i turn my 12" desk fan on and my dehumidifier on how long before i vent ?

oh yeah I guess i should say that the temp is a steady 27 c and the light is on a 12hour cycle with a son-t pro 400w
