Emergency!!! Please Help!!!!!!

finally the forum is back.
my plant started o die 3/4 days ago.
the leaves are turning yellow and it just look very sick.
its a Northern light, i water it once in every 2/3 days, its about 7 weeks since germination. and i havent put any fertilzier in them yet.
also, there are many little sacks on it. is tat a bad?
what should i do?

The sacks are pollen sacks, they will blow open eventually and cut loose of the goods. I know you can make hash with males but I don't know how many you need, not much to work with there. If you have any other plants around it cut it down ASAP.

do i just throw the whole plant away? or cut the stem and let it grow again?

Ditch the whole thing, if you let it throw pollen around any females you will have some seeded bud on yer hands.
