ive heard that if u mix pectin(the stuff that makes jello like jelly) if u mix it with water and drink before it gelatinizes then it will coat ur stomach and other intestinal lining and if u do that a couple hours before the test but make sure u pee after u drink it and before u take the test then u should pass but i would look into that more

i used to work in an airport and they do random tests so i quit untill i quit my job after that i lighted a fat one!!

Hmm the pectin theory sounds interesting.

Also, green tea and exercise really helps.
(Or substitute green tea for water, but green tea tastes better and probably works better too)

So drink plenty of green tea and go on nature walks or just ride your bike for a few hours a day

i wouldnt recommend water but tea is right on u need to drink things that make u piss like alcohol(not recommended for flushing ur system) or soda or tea
this way u clean out ur system as many times as possible
