Need opinon on what light to use for vegging that wont break bank

Right now Im using 3 150w equivalent CFL energy saving bulbs for 5 clones.
Id like to get something to use for the whole vegging process which will be turned over to flowering once they hit about 1 1/2ft high

What would you all suggest without getting that expensive?

Id like to keep it around $60 but will go up to $120

there is nothing wrong with what you have now. I would flower at 10-12 inches so the plants don't have time to stretch. fluro tubes are better becasue they emit light over a larger surface area and you can get more plant matter close to the light, but if it ain't broke, dont fix it.

Thanks for the input. Think I should build a grow box and get some mylar to reflect the light? Maybe add another 150w CFL
