day at the doctors

So i had to go to the docters office about some problems with sleep, that all went well. but within the last 5minutes, i thought i was in the clear, then the bomb was dropped. there along with check sleep problems was get a urine sample. I went in the bathroom dipped it in the toilet and peed enough to color it yellow. I realize pot will come up, due to the fact that ive smoked mostly none stop everyday for a couple months. now im just trying to think of a good reasonable excuse that will be in my favor.

sometimes they have false positives. ive never seen it happen but it does happen. tell them its not possible because you dont smoke and maybe get a retest and use jello or one of the ways to flush yourself out.
