quick light q

hey guys.i have 6 northern lights xx big bud,1 white widow and 1 indoor mix plants growing.they are 3weeks old,i have them under a 600w mh light
on a 24hour light schedule.my room is 4x3x8.i have fans going on the plants but my room is gettin really hot.

can i cut back the light from 24/7 to 18/6 without the plants getting stressed? i need time for the room to cool down.

you should be ok cutting the light back. Try running the lights at night and off during the hottest part of the day, it really helped me out with my temps. What are your temps at now?

I would cut them back gradually. Reduce the time 1 or 2 hours per day untill you get to your 18/6.

ok thx guys.my temps are close to 90deg.my light is 2feet from tops of plants
my hand dont get hot when i hold it over the plants.i will gradually turn light back thanks.

Yea 90 degrees will not hurt to much....

do yo have an exhaust fan running?

what i do for now is leave the door open like 5 inches and have 1 of my fans above the light and aim it at the crack to blow out the hot air.
