anybody running any of the can-fans?

You are supposed to vent the whole room square footage every minute.. imho that is overkill... I dont have ne smells in my room at all... Canfans are extremely quiet... i have a 8" ~700cfm all it sounds like is air blowing. Maybe like a airconditioner w/o the motor noise
