I just bought two 150 watt bulbs HPS. can i use these bulbs to veg my plants aswell as flower them? or is that too big of a light for veges?

HPS work very well for vegetative growth. Halides work better, but the HPS will work just fine for you.

How many lumens do each of your bulbs produce? Once I know that, I can tell you how many square feet of area you can grow with them.

darnit i feel like a idiot. my bulbs don't work with the lamps i bought. what is wrong here? they fit inside the lamp and i know the lamps work but why won't my lights turn on?

It HAS to be an HPS ballast and mogul socket to run an HPS bulb.

well i was stupid to buy that stuff from lowes. i'm gonna return it.
