What to do

Whats up everyone?
I have had these plants in the ground from seed since october 3. They are in 3 inch pots with miracle grow soil under two cool flo. I water them every couple of days when the pots seem dry. About 3 days ago i noticed the plants aren't growing as fast as they use to, and some yellow on the leaves. I just thought this yellow was from new growth, but I am starting to think otherwise. As you can see in the pictures there is a tiny tiny developing brown spot(bottom left part of the leaf in one of the pics) on this plant's leaf with a little yellow. Since this is my first grow I can't really see what the problem is, but I am guessing it is a nitrogen problem? Tell me what you guys think please!

well you started like i did with the same set up you can check out my grow it baltimore grow
you will have to transplanet your plants as soon as you can. those pots are to small as soon as i did this my plants came back to life and if you using fert don't for a while. do you have a fixture foe youe lights if you don't then you need to make in it help alot. get a small fan to. they like air as much *** we do.
