for an explaination of what LST growing is all about. I see the term used on various sites, but can't find any info about this growing style...can any of you enlighten this newbie?

Thanks for the quick reply shadoed...low stress training...turns out thats exactly what I did when I grew outdoors last summer...worked out real well...the plants presented a low profile so no one knew that I was growing, plus there was much more bud production...really a great idea! I'll definately be using this method in the future.
