That's a good idea but i'm not sure if we can add those emoticons freely. Normally there's copyright involved and I wouldn't want to have a lawsuit on my back.

Any ideas how we can use them please let us know.

I have asked legal advice on this for my site and was told that smilies are pretty much non copywrited and free too use...

you can allso get this advice from ask google for a small price....

I have a bunch of marijuana based smilie's feel free to right click and save and use here if you want....

you can allso google free smilies and find tons that you can use all legal
