Marijuana butter the standard way
Ingredients:
1oz semi chopped marijuana
1 part water
1 part butter
Directions:

- Boil the water
- Chuck the butter in & turn it down low.
- add the marijuana
- On a very low heat simmer for a minimum of 2-3 hours.
-Turn off heat & allow to cool
-The contents will separate, scoop the butter out andleave the water and excess weed
This is an easy way to make the marijuana butter because, THC is not water soluble and when the butter solidifies, will the useless weed stays in the water and all the THC mixes with the butter.
For a better "less green" taste, sit all the marijuana you intend to cook in tepid (slightly above room temp) water overnight, all the Chlorophyll will drain & yet all the THC remains in the weed.

Weed Brownies
Ingredients:
6 ounces of unsweetened chololate
6 ounces (3/4 cup) Marijuana butter
4 eggs
1 tablespoonful of vanilla
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 1/2 cups of honey
4 cups of flour
3 tablespoons of Jack Daniels (optional)
Greased 9x12 baking dish or pan
Melt chocolate in a double-boiler saucepan, add the weed butter and honey, mix well, add eggs and mix again, add salt and vanilla, mix again, add flour, mix again. Pour into pan. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from oven. Allow 1 hour to cool and set before cutting. Cut into 2 inch squares and place in gallon sized ziploc bag for storage or freezing.
For the perfect finish to a special dinner or a special evening try these gourmet honey weed brownies with a rich, complex flavour and velvety texture guaranteed to please the most discerning.
For variety with the weed brownies try adding 3 tablespoons of Jack Daniels, wild turkey, crown royal, or cognac to enrich the flavour; or 1 1/2 cups of cherry halves and 2 tablespoons of brandy; or drops of mint extract in batter to taste; or 2 tablespoons of instant coffee crystals dissolved in 1 tablespoonful of hot water.
Serve with rich coffee, espresso, port or cabernet

Cannabis vodka
Ingredients:

1/4 oz. of stockpiled cannabis stems from breaking up buds.
Vodka (any kind should do)
Glass container

Place all stockpiled stems in a jar. Pour in your vodka, just enough to fully submerge the stems. Let set in a dark place for about a week. After that, you will need to strain out the stems. A great trick is to make tea type bags out of coffee filters and stems for easy removal.
Why this works: Stems contain a small amout of THC, but not really enough to be worth smoking. Compiling enough stems together and soaking them in vodka releases the THC into the vodka without messing with the nasty smoke. This is great because most people throw their stems away anyway

Thanks! We've been talking about making some brownies, and your recipe looks just yummy...Especially topped with toffee chunks and chocolate icing...*drools*

Random semi-related question...Is it possible/wise to sautee things using cannibutter? I've always wondered that, but never really asked anyone.

Rick, How much butter and water do you put in. Your ingredients just say one part of both. Can you tell me exactly how much. Thanks a lot

Marijuana butter the easy way
Ingredients:
1 lb of butter (real butter)
1 oz of Marijuana
Directions:

Melt the butter in a sauce pan to boiling.
Add the marijuana and let boil until the butter
has turned green from the marijuana.
Pour butter through a strainer to remove all
the pieces of marijuana.
Chill until solid.

Cannabis milk
Put milk and cannabis into a double boiler
Cook on medium heat for half an hour, stirring often
Strain cannabis from milk and discard
Store milk in an air tight container in the fridge

Magic Pancakes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of flour
2 tablespoons of baking powder
2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
A pinch of cinnamon
2 tablespoons of oil
1/2 cup of water
3/4 cup of cannabis milk
Method:
Pre-heat griddle or frying pan while making the pancake batter. Do this on a medium high flame. Put all of the dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. Mix well. Pour the wet mixture into the dry one and blend. Minimal stirring is required, and the batter should be somewhat lumpy. This makes the pancakes light and fluffy. If you beat the batter smooth, your pancakes will be tough n' chewy.
Oil griddle slightly - pour batter. Flip the pancakes when the surface bubbles up. You may need to lower the heat a little to keep the pancakes from burning, but the higher the heat, the lighter the pancakes:eek:

The Most Incredible Weed Tea
Ingredients:
-Weak brew-
1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoons of BUTTER (no margerine! WEED butter would be INTENSE!)
1 gram of fresh weed

1) Put 1 cup of water in a medium saucepan or tea kettle and heat over high until boiling. Reduce heat to simmer.

2) Crush up 1 gram of nice kind-bud as fine as you can get it and put it in a teabag (you can unstaple any teabag, replace with ganja, and re-staple or paperclip).
*You can omit the teabag if you have something to strain your tea through when it is done like a gold coffee filter or cheesecloth. (Not Recomended)*

3) Add your ganja teabag (or loose ganja) with **1/2 teaspoon of butter** to the simmering water. Stir until dissolved.

4) Cover and let simmer for ATLEAST 1 hour. Checking often and adding additional water as needed. You only need enough to keep the bag covered.

5) Stir in one cup of whole milk, along with cinnamon, sugar and allspice to taste (you can also add an herbal teabag like African redbush or licorice, if desired). Bring back to boil and heat for 15 minutes.

6)Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 30 seconds and transfer to large mug (through filter if not using teabag). Sprinkle with nutmeg.

-Strong Brew-
2 cups of water
2 teaspoons of BUTTER (no margerine! WEED butter would be INTENSE!)
3.5 grams of fresh weed
1 pair of tongs

1) Put 2 cups of water in a medium saucepan or tea kettle and heat over high until boiling. Reduce heat to simmer.

2) Crush up 3.5 grams of nice kind-bud as fine as you can get it and put it in a teabag (you can unstaple any teabag, replace with ganja, and re-staple or paperclip).
**Don't try this much without a teabag. Coffee filters will clog almost instantly. Not to mention the amount of chlorophyl leaked out by this much bud will turn the tea a putrid green color if not in a bag.**

3) Add your ganja teabag with **2 teaspoons of butter** to the simmering water. Stir until dissolved.

4) Cover and let simmer for ATLEAST 90 minutes. Checking often and adding additional water as needed. You only need enough to keep the bag covered.
*You're trying to make a small amount of dark brown resinous butter water.*

Using the tongs or similar object, squeeze all the excess juice out of the teabag. You might want to dunk it in then take it out and squeeze it a few times just to make sure you get the most thc possible. Boil for 30 seconds and transfer to large mug. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

That is the recipe I used to make weed tea a few times. It is incredible. You shouldn't drink the STRONG BREW all by yourself though! That needs to be split between ATLEAST 2 people. And be sure you mix it very well before you pour it, because all the fat will naturaly stick around the top; meaning the first cup poured will have MOST of the thc. I usually get a good, STRONG (drank myself into complete uselessness) 6 hour buzz from half of the strong brew. -A great school experience!--

It goes VERY well with chai tea coffee creamer.
