Is it possible to take clones ones the plant has started to flower? Will the clone root?

It will root, it just takes a lot longer (depending on how many days into flowering it was when taken).

Yep, they will root. A bit slower rooting, but it seems to me to take forever to reveg and begin new growth.
I have clones taken from an OD AK, two weeks ago. Well into flowrr. She had established buds about an inch long and 3/4 diameter. At two weeks, most have rooted, I believe. We'll see how long it takes to begin new growth.
