I have a SoloGrow ebb and flow system with two small plants in rockwool. There are roots coming out of the rockwool all over the place, but the plant is not growing at all above the clay pebbles. I have a 400 W MH and have checked the PH to be around 5.5-6.0. I'm using Earth Juice - Grow for a nutrient. I have the light set on a 18 on and 6 off cycle, with a humidifier keeping the room less dry than the rest of the house. My grow room is under the stairs, is 10 ft long by 3.5 ft wide by 0-10 ft tall. The water pump in the sologrow fills the net pot for 1/2 hr 4 times per day (1 in the dark). What am I doing wrong to cause the plants to not grow?

how old are your plants ??
what size of rockwool ??
do you have them in now is the small one or you put the small one in bigger one now ??

plants are about 5 weeks old since sprouting.
They are in the rockwool I put them into after sprouting.
It is about 1 inch across and 2 inches tall.
Do I need to put them into another bigger piece of rockwool?
