Seedlings Health, take a look

ok these seedlings are like 3 1/2 to 4 weeks old , havent feed the nutes until today , mixed in 1 teaspoon of MG all purpose plant food 15-30-15 w/ 1 gallon of water , and fed them .. I odered a 400 watt HPS / MH grow light and ballast kit (switchable Ballast) , and ten 2 gallon pots , and some Fox Farm 3 Qrt. Pack combo, Grow BIg, Big Bloom , and Tiger Bloom.. I will switch to the MH for the rest of the veGG stage , and then switch the the HPS for the budding stage... should i be good to go ...

yeah, everything sounds good... but they look really small for being so old? how are your temps?

Is that the light or are your babies yellowing? What is your PH?

Those look about 3 weeks if from seed.There is a yellow to them. How soon did they yellow? You may want to check the p.h. and water temp?? I was wondering..are your tubes full spectrom or aquarium? You seem determined. I noticed you said only one 450 w. conversion. I wonder if thats enough light? I dont know about 2 gallon pots though. Never used them. whats the square foot of your grow area? Have you figured out the lumen ratio yet?:48:

that 400 watt light will be more than enough I would say if your doing around 10 plants or so. 55000 lumens I believe a 400 will put out. They are kinda small for 3.5 weeks, but once your bring out the big guns (the 400) they will love it. Be prepped for the heat though. Good air is essential. 2 gallons will be great to get them started. But 3 and up is reccomended, 5 gallons as we have learned recently will allow your plants maximum growth.

i cant figure out my ph yet... i have no equitment , i want to get a pen but 60 bucks is alot and i wnat something fats and digital

My Grow room (closet) specs are 54in wide, 24in deep , 8 ft tall , but its divided with a shelf so my grow area is 5 1/2 ft tall from shelf to ground. My orginal plan was to Vegg on top and flower on bottom but , light leaking probmlems and $$ budget , so it all going to be growing on bottom w/ the 400watt MH for Vegg and HPS for Bud.. heres another look so there alittle dark :smoke1:

I agree 100% dude you are on the right track for sure, but it seams like money is a problem maybe?? You dont need a flippn $60 ph meter. Go to home depot or fred meyers and pay 6 bucks for a box of 50 ph strips and be good for 3 or 4 crops. Nice layout by the way, Remember this, A fancy grow room dont grow dope, ONLY a functioning grow room grow's dope. Dont add any ferts untill you can ph, It would be a shame to have to start 4 weeks over than waite a few days for good enough weather to get to town and back w/ some ph strips.

same one i have. price actually went down. (damn) but works awsome just stick it in you water give it like 5-10 secs and it levels right out.
