As soon as the seeds cracked in a cup, they were placed in a a rockwool cubes in an ebb and flow system. The plants are under 2 cool white lights, each lights is 40 watts. They are in half strength nuitrient solution. The problem is that there is ver limited plant growth. What is the problem here.

Young seedlings like that can't use nutrients at that strength. Always grow them in rockwool cubes or peat pellets outside the system until roots have established themselves through the entire cube. Then put them into the ebb and flow system with 1/8th strength nutes.
Are any of yours still living? How tall are the seedlings? How many days old are they from sprouting?

thanks for the reply, it has been about a week and a half now since they have sprouted, the roots have gone through the bottom of the rockwool cubes on a few of the plants about 3, then 2 havent yet. The plants are very well alive, should I just start over or what do you recomend doing. I was thinking about switching over to s HPS light I have 400 watts. Any advice is appreciated. The plants are about 3 inches tall and have been that way for about a week.
or I was thinking about doing this.....taking them out of the ebb and flow system and putting them in a cloning chamber, watering them with just distilled water until the roots are better and switcing to the HPS light. Let me know! thanks!

I would reduce the strength of your nutrient solution and let them grow. It sounds like you've saved them in time.
Make sure your lights aren't too close until the plants are growing with new growth obvious. Then move them down. A 400 watt light should be at no closer than 18 inches.
