Hello All, I have got the seeds germinated and under a 400 watt HPS light. Problem is the "bible" talks a lot of germinating but very little about lighting during the first couple of weeks. I have transplanted them from the jiffy pods into some plastic cups. Some of them appear to be reaching....
ok. i used the soak method on the beans i just planted the other day(ie. put seeds into cups of water and waited for them to drop->then put into jiffy pellets). how long should it take for them to pop out of the pellets?:confused2: G
I had started 5 of these FUC stick beans and after 2 days, no cracked beans! So I took a fingernail file, the sandpaper type, and sanded the seeds on the edges that crack open. Well it worked, all 5 cracked and are plants now!:cool:
