TELL NO ONE!!!!

I sure do sleep good at night knowing there is no one out there that could say something about me and my operation thus having cops nock on my door. If no one knows know one can say anything!!!

Cheers!!!

Hi,

Thanks for the information. I look forward to learning from you all. While not a smoker anymore, I'll be the caregiver for my room mate. So, I'm in it to experience the hobby.

Speaking of being safe. How safe is it to be online posting grow pics? I'm not terribly worried about it but I do wonder why some of you guys with truly impressive growrooms seem to feel no fear whatsoever.

hi im completely new to this but there probably not worried becuase its really hard to trace a pic with out more info and plus no one cares to waste their time tracing some pot heads lol

We're on our third harvest and we're already vegging the next crop, so I'm still a newbie, but I have learned it's more fun when I remember to relax, go with the flow, and be mellow with the grow.

Oh, and remembering to flush helps too! ;-)

I have been growing since April. I did not plan for anything. I found an ideal spot right under the noses of society. I had been looking this spot over for a couple years. I've put seeds in dirt countless times, but always neglected them and, you know what happened. This ideal site I found turned out a problem. Please learn from this. Anyway I took seeds from a bag a smoke I acquired, and planted them in small pots, about the size of Dixie cups. The seeds came right up so, I gotta hurry and transfer them to bigger pots. I did this three times, then decided ideal spot here they come. I started digging and I ran into a bricks buried from an old train station that had been torn down. I'm tired of transplanting so, I did the best I could with the area over the bricks. I mean the spot was so secluded and had cover on all sides, with a large area of open space, sunshine all day except maybe an hour in the morning and maybe two at night, about 16,17 hours. They thrived. They were 8ft before I could tell sex. I end cutting 9 otta 17 down. It's really hard to cut down your babies, they were beautiful,RIP. The rest are budding very well. I am drying a couple branches in the closet now, they got heavy and broke from the wind.I've been transporting 10 gal a day since April on a ten speed with a milk crate on the carrier on the back of the bike. I also figured out a perfect route, going the wrong way on a one way, nobody follows. Even if they tried I'd spot em before I got to the woods. Like I say, I'm dryin em now so I don't know yet,but the buds are sticky. Plan yes,but there's something to be said for diving in too. You may find a love for what yer doin. Oh yea,the bricks provided drainage so, I bought myself a lotta work. Man I hope it's been worth the strain. I'll let ya know. Wish me luck.

Thanx for advice right out of the box. Many things to learn and I am greatfull to have the help from those who have grown some wicked ganj.

I just wanted to add, Don't overwater your plants. If growing in soil, of course. Cannabis likes to let the soil dry out a little bit. Check the soil by sticking your finger in and if the top 2 ins. are dry, it time to water. Or I like to check by the weight of the container. When your plants leafs are praying to the heavens , thats when their the happiest. Peace and grow safe.

Dear Newbies,

5) Spend some now, save some later. Good equipment will give you good results. Lighting is PARAMOUNT!! Venting the heat from the lights is also VERY IMPORTANT! Get stuff that works together and you'll save yourself time and money trying to cobble something together. I'm sure it's even more important in hydro setups.

." ~Puffinafatty

good advise BUTT being unemployed I be cobbling .
Made me a place on the back porch today and using t8 fish tank lights
Ive been selling pecans so i can get a good light but its 50 miles to lows or home depot
we do what we can

Right now in Colorado MM's can grow six completely legal. My son and I each have our cards so we can get 12 going...Being a newbie and following the advice I have gotten so far. Here are the three most important points I have had given to me by this wonderful forum:yay:

1.) Read the directions..Read your nute guides very carefully. I burnt up a few plants by not paying close attention to the measurements
2.) Read everything you can as you get your equipment and set it up and reset it up and reset it up. A very wise man pointed this out to me. Quit being the alpha dog.
3.) Quit trying so hard...let nature do her work.:holysheep:

That's what I have learned the short time I have been attached to this forum.
And thank you all again for all your comments. they all help one way or another:cool:

So where do i start? I want to grow indoors, my garage actually. So how do i find out what lights, bucket size, ventilation, strain, germination....i have the space, i have a bit of money, but no direction.....HELP...

yah hey! from the UP of Michigan, Medical Marijuana Patient. Please PLease get active in your States legalization programs, if your state is not legal. Support the battle! I never thought my state would be legal but with quiet support from all us 'criminals' we got it on the ballot and passed. Pot is a wonderul pain killer, anti depressant, and fills the social hole left by my inability to have few cocktails due to prescriptions I need to take. Its coming to ahead and expect national legalization medically soon I predict. Join In and Vote when the time comes!

I've grown a couple dirt crops now, using a precharged dirt mix, loaded with organic nitrogens, calcium and high level of peat, some topsoil in mix. Veggie till plants reach 14" and then budding. Getting about 2 oz. a plant under a 600 watt which is a llittle shy of what i want to achive. 90 days a cycle with current variety. Just made a move to DWC as experiment and am really impressed with my growth there right now. Made my own buckets from articles and visits to other grows. 4 bucket set up and 1 control bucket cost about $100 to set up and from the looks of things money well spent.
thanks you all for articles here and elsewere on the DWC method! Happy growing and share you knowledge!

:stuff-1125699181_i_ Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone has heard of the super closet? its supposed to be some new generation portibale grow room thing...anyhow, as i want to grow i have been researching many things. For the space of, 66”H x 15”W x 18”D, would a 150 high pressure sodium work better than a Procyon 100 LED bulb? And what are any suggestions for some killer dank that will grow about 3ft tall, or is the height dependent on me and when i pull them to dry?

i'm excited ! getting my taxes soon and plan on starting a grow room in a closet and am looking forward to your advise (i'm going to be picking your brains!) and hopefully friendship
