:) We would like to know if anyone out there knows how to make a tincture using honey instead of alcohol?

honey is not a solvent(a solvent is required to extract a tincature)
"Honey" oil, is just a descriptive name/term for an extraction. It "looks" like honey ;)

Alcohol, vinegar or glycerin can be used. But not honey.

"vinegar"?? never heard of THAT one :confused2:
butane is probably the most common used for 'honey' oil

If you're looking for the honey flavor and to be able to use the honey in recipes, you can use ever-clear or even vodka to extract the oil, then leave it in an open glass dish that is heat safe. After a day or two, the alcohol evaporates, you add a reasonable amount of honey to the dish and warm it in a bowl of hot water until the honey becomes less thick. Mix it well and you've got your Honey Hash Oil. (Not to be confused with Honey Oil). The honey needs no preservative measures and can be used in any recipe.

Is there a possibility that there are tincture's that are not mj related?
