Default Trichomes, spiders and blight, oh my!

Hi, I originally posted here Oct 2nd. I have some sativa/indica mix "i was told, growing outside". The help and advice helped a LOT!
Several issues have me concerned and wondering. There are 3 plants, likely different origins. Since i don't know there origin, i sit with them every day, for about 45 minutes, peering at them all over with my magnifyer. "ok, ok, That's not the only reason.
There seems to be one plant in particular that seems as if many of the trichomes look "dirty" I honestly don't think i could call it amber though. "most of the trichomes "on all 3 plants" are white, some still clear it seems. Sometimes i believe i see a single amber sparkle, shiny and glistening, just a few or so.
Question 1.What do you think of the "Dirty or darker colored trichomes?
Question 2. Any thought from the attached pics how much longer till they are ready?
You may notice from the pics there are a few small threads of? I am concerned i may have spider mites. "I have seen a garden spider on them and i do have lady bugs"
Question 3.Is there anything i should, or can, do, for mites or ? at this stage? Given the overall health and length of time till harvest? How worried should I be?
The other two unusual events are, 1. I have now found 3 Small leaves that were mostly covered with a light grey "ash" I cant imagine it's mold. (it will rub off with effort) There is dew at night but they're in the open and it's breezy and warm every day. (Ventura ca.) 2. I have now found two buds that had a small area which had completely died and dried out like i laid it in the hot sun all day. What might be the cause of that?
Sorry to be so long, i can't wait to hear your thoughts though. I will attempt to upload some pics.

To me, your plants look good. I think, perhaps, that I saw one small thread, but that's all. Are you sure that you have mites?

Without seeing the trichome pics we can't help comment on them. By looking at the pics, I'd say that you have at least another week or two before harvest.

Plants look really good, but I think you're a lot further from harvest than Alistair believes. Pistils still white. Colas beginning to fill in. Maybe 4-6 weeks?

LOL, Leafminer I had a jacket with your slogan when i was a kid. It was Freewheelin Franklin on the coat but they likely all said it! Anyway, cool to both your comments. I wasn't worried about bugs till my friend put the fear in me, "total annihilation was immenient"! I could see a little evidence here and there but it didn't seem like they took too much. When i thought of the other two things, "Dead part on bud and the ashen substance i thought it might be related. All looks good now though. I am going to try to get a couple better pics but you both may be right. I am leaning toward thinking the dirty "muddy" looking trichs are turning amber and it seems to be confined to one plant that could be a week out. The others are sparkly white and probably 3-4 weeks like you said leaf. I appreciate getting to know what you guys think. My whole life when i have grown here and there I would have picked them a month ago! " my friend e-mailed a minute ago and said "send me a bud" so i e-mailed back a pic of me.
