no Nv. this is a first. a bud gave me 3 clones of her. . thier leaves are half purple. don't know if you can see it in the pic or not?...

all the years i grew OD, i did strains friends gave me, but, mostly just bag seed from so, so smoke, that i turned into the bomb. it was always like a grab bag ; you never knew what you were gonna get...

i've smoked everything in the 70's with claims of names like hawiaan, red haired skunk, thai stick, maui-wauwie, blonde, red, and black hashish, michoacan, and others. but mostly, it was always columbian gold around, and a QP went for $75. lol. lol...

got some great news tonight, late. i'm gonna be getting some early x-mas beans from a good friend, because Irish has been a very good boy this year. ...YES...score...you talk about stoked...

will let you know more of this soon...Irish...

Hey Duck-

I was following along that thread and actually found it interesting. Seems a pretty good debate with opinions (and even a few facts) from both sides.

There are a lot of strong personalities on this forum. There was no flaming going on, just opposing views. Talented growers giving different opinions- it was beneficial for me.

BB is was beneficial at the beginning but towards the end it was... well I think we all know where it was going. Then once coming to Irish's fine grow journal thread here, it seemed like some of the beneficiary of the discussion was lost. That is just my opinion and interpretation of what I read....Sorry for the hijack Irish.

PC, friend, argument? Really? There was no argument lol. Heck, I wasn't even in an arguing mood I got no ill will towards you bro, or mindzeye for that matter. I will tell you though, when someone is trying to shove their opinions down my throat, I'll be the first one to yak it back up in their lap! Seriously man, it's all cool. Got no beef with you Lets be cool in friend IRISH's thread, eh?

IRISH! Hey man, we may have talked about this before and I don't recall but have you always been an indica guy? I know I am. I used to love the flight of a good sat in my younger daze but I'm old now and anything that makes my heart flip out probably ain't that great.

ok. everyone take a 5 minute time out. we can discuss ALMOSTAnything we want here. i thought the thread on air in soil was amusing to say the least. i'm guilty of nothing really. i just bounced a few ideas, to see if a test would arise from the original question. i did not return there though for an answer. ( just a passing idea), and now it's gone...

i'm the type of guy that gets along very well with everyone i know. and , you never really know what type of mood anyones in, until you talk to them on a personal level. we don't have that option here. we can only try to come across to each other in the words we type. anyone can take a statement made, and view it in several different ways. happens here all the time. happened to me at a friends last night...

a statement was made on a news channel on a shooting. three of us were watching, and listening to this statement. first, dan says, did you just hear that , to brenda, and i. then asks what we heard? i tell what i heard, and they both look at me as if i'm not even paying attention on what was stated.(i guess i am wrong, i thought). then it's brendas turn. we look at her like they looked at me. she must have not been listening either , dan states. we ask dan what he heard? way off base with her, and my thought of what was said...

one statement. three views. how can this be??? what we had heard, meant something totally different to each of us. it was'nt that we did'nt hear the statement. how could we not have? we were waiting patiently for this statement. we all three heard it alright. the answer is, the statement meant something totally diferent to each. each of us had already had our own thoughts on the subject, prior to any statement made. our minds were closed. they were made up before anything was said. it's called , a personal view... no one was wrong. we three, just had OUR OWN PERSONAL VIEWS. this does'nt make any of us wrong, or right, for that matter. it just means our views are passionate on this one subject...

and , when a matter such as this arises, debate is what usually follows...

do you concur???...Irish...

Hey Irish .....Reminds me of a song that I recently wrote called
"Why Can't They All Be Right"
It's all about the different views of people in general.
I just wanted to come over and say Hi... and to take a peak at your laddies, nice show..... now I'll have to come back to go through all of your archives. So many journals to learn from.
Thanks For Sharring!!!

Rock On!
Peace!
