spring water????? any ideas

about 5 days worth.. my joints swole up..my entire body "ached" ... blasting headache... and yea, dehydration from hell!

I got a bad case of "beaver fever" when I was about 21. It didn't give me any of those symptoms, but it did cost a lot in child support later
