im pretty new to growing and i am using a 90w flood lamp is this going to work? any info will help

flood lamp is waay to hot. yes go buy a few CFLs. i would recormend buying the 120-150 watt cfls. that put out around 2000-3000 lumens.

sure man, Home depot has the 120's and 150's there about about $10 each.

welcome...if you can swing it ,you may as well go hps(150,250,400)...if keep groin youll end up with one eventually anyway.i hear there the best if vented properly(and if you have the space.) for smaller stealth inexpensive grows ihear CFL is the way. godd luck.and again...welcome
