Tips of roots turning brown!

Some of my plants roots are turning brown. Does this mean their rotten? What should I do? Im thinkg about flushing at the end of the week with ph balanced water with hydrogen peroxide. Good idea? any suggestions.

You'll have to tell us a bit more about your crop. Dirt? Hydro? DWC? Why can you see your roots?

Tell us what you have going, and we can tell better what may be the problem.
 
Its Hydro. I think its called a ebb and flow tray setup.
Yes you can see the roots by lifting the top part of the tray.

Ok, now we're getting somewhere.

When you lift the top part of the tray, are the roots going from that part, into a tub full of water? Are there air stones in the tub?

You can't post a pic can you?
