First, check real close on undersides of leaves with magnifying glass to be sure you don't have a bug attack. But that could be from the lights. The T5HO is supposed to be able to be set close to the plants but I have found that radiant heat can cause that if my girls get too close. It will also happen if you don't have a fan blowing in that space to keep the leaves cool. I use a small desktop fan to blow across my vegging plants to keep them from getting too warm. Even though temps may be mid 70s in space, the leaf tops are exposed to pretty intense light energy and hot air pockets can form if you don't have good air movement. I generally will keep my lights about 5" above the highest top of plants.

Ventilation is critical. You need both a fan to move the air around in the space and also an exhaust fan to remove CO2 depleted air and bring in fresh air. Tell us about your ventilation.

I have them in my room with me and a fan going at all times with door open

I walked in one day just in time to see my cat walking on top of the t5 fixture. The fixture fell on my plants and broke several stems.
Do what you have to do with them, they look like no major damage so you should be fine. If its bent but not broke just leave it and see what happens. Worst case you have to do a little trimming.
Oh yeah, I have had the same spots on my leaves before. I think it is heat related

it is heat related stress

Thank u guys... n yes it's just bent not broke.the main stem is any ways (bent) seems like that fan leaf is snapped not tore.if I was to take it of what damage would that do to my plant

I doubt you will have lasting problems from this. odds are the damage done is something you would be trimming off down the road anyway. my cat ate 95% of a clone once, and it came right back..

Bending/rupturing stems is actually a growing technique. Plants will be fine.

Ok guys I recently transplanted my plants into bigger containers and went with ffof soil.transplant was 4/17/17 watered same day with ph water at 6.8 1gal and put them in my grow box which is 4 ft tall 4ft wide 7ft long.i put a 8 inch fan inside for them as well as a 4 inch exhaust fan.box temps stay at 72 degrees in day time and 68 at nite.i came home from work today and noticed clawing on my plants.im thinking over water but some input would be highly appreciated thank u

yes, i think they are a little too wet. it is common to see after you up pot to a larger container. its caused from the larger container, your roots are not grown into their new larger space. they will be more sensitive to this for a few days, a week maybe. as the roots grow into the larger pot it will be easier to get a good cycle. just be mindful of letting the plant get a good wet/dry cycle and you will be fine. I struggled with over watering when i used soil.
Your plants are looking good.
the favorite part of my day is when i check in on my grow. this can be a very rewarding experience!

Thank you I sort of thought it was from the watering thank u.also I noticed that my seed Start is way more sensitive than my clones.sensitive to feedings n all.why is that

because clones are the age of the mother they came from, thus the same age. Seedlings are brand new delicate babies.

Thank you all for your help

Still haven't had to water them since their transplant but they are looking great
