Under that light its impossible to tell much about them. They look to be ok. You may be seeing natural die-off of the lower leaves or leaves that aren't getting enough light within the canopy. MJ has a tendency to drop off those leaves that aren't productive enough due to shade or damage. As the plants grow, you will continue to see this occasional "yellowing off" as its known. It is more pronounced with some strains than with others. Also leaves that are close to the soil will get damaged and old and will die off first. If you get signs of yellowing or browning leaves on the upper parts of the plants then there is something else happening.
