I visited my plants today and one plant has two branches growing where just one would be normally. All the other plants are beginning to flower at the top like a normal plant, but on this one, it is flowering at each one of the branches... im so confused.

Sounds like it was topped. A pebble of water could have ended up right on the growing tip, and the sun could have burnt the meristem, causing the plant to branch out like that (equivalent of being 'topped').
Just a guess though.

Doesn't sound like anything to be worried about.
