root tail?

Well started another seed.It germinated,the root was about 3/8in. long. Planted lastnight with root down and today the root started coming up out of soil. So i moved soil around w/ clean finger and repositioned the seed. Will this help it or is it done with? Any input would be great, good or bad.

typicly if the root starts coming up it will turn back down and run from the light.I have one plant that did the same thing. It turned back down and i threw a little more soil on the top...should be noting to worry about....

btw from what I can tell it really doesnt matter how you place the seed. Root up or root down the root will always turn back down as it is geneticly predisposed to do.

Roots also grow down because of gravity.
It's called geotropism.
