Default mixing natural light w grow light

Everything I have read about growing autos says to keep them as stress free as possible...we are getting some really nice sunny daze, would it make sense to put them in the sun when it's bright, and back under the grow light at night ? or just keep them in the grow room all the time ??? Thank you !

I use the sun whenever I can. BUT, they can't go straight into the sun or you will burn them. Start in the shade, for a day or two and then half sun then all sun. I think they would love the fresh air and sunny days.

IMO, the big thing to worry about is bringing pests into your grow space.
