Pre-flowering Question

This is my first time growing but it almost looks like its started buddin but I havent swith to 12/12 light but it looks like buds are startin to form like clusters of white hairs, im just wonderin does weed pre-bud or pre-determine its sex before u switch it to 12/12 light?

if it buds without 12-12 then hippy is right and you should switch asap.
