With seedlings I start nutes at 1/4 strength when they are 3 weeks old. With clones I start nutes 1 week after the roots have shown and I have transplanted the clone.
Stoping nutes is your choice some stop 2-3 weeks before harvest, others feed til harvest, It is up to you how you want to do it. I don't stop feeding, I feed til harvest.
