Just finishing up my homemade ebb and gro system and am clueless about how often and how long to flood the pots. I think I'm going to love this system
 
I run my top dripper system for 15 minutes every 4 hours-watch the plant response and adjust from there-if that is too often go every 6 hours, or every 8 hrs-watch plant response. Once I find the cycle they like I increase the length of time the system runs according to the size of the plants. I use C.A.P art-dne timers. I'm not quite sure how completely tour system will flood the pots-you may want to start with 5-10 minutes and go grom there. Most important-watch plant response.
