Freezing butter
I'm not exactly sure how my friend makes the butter, I believe he sautees the bud in butter on low heat, but he stores the butter in individual serving sizes in plastic bags in the freezer.
Then, when he is ready to make a batch of brownies, the butter is ready to go. It's a great trick and when I tried his brownies, it was amazing! I always thought freezing it would kill the drug, but it didn't.
