go with flourecsents,24hrs. you did right by taking them out of the rockwool,that was keeping them too wet. keep them in the neo inserts and just wait, they will pop. 2-3 weeks,1-2 more weeks they'll be 2 or 3ft long roots. just tap water works. 300ppm and under

i use flora nova... on those plants u can go prob 700-800 every 2-3 waterings... dont forget to flush when needed

i heard that flora nova will stain roots but that it shouldnt usually be a problem.... i use it , and am pretty satisfied. my **** grows like crazy!
