What are these and how do I get rid of them!? I have read about little white bugs but these are black, are the white ones the larva from these? I'm on a budget, is there a cheap remedy?

I see what you are saying now, the back side of my room in the video did have a lot of light leaking, I did end up getting that sealed up.

As far as the room goes, all the insulation is Mylar covered, I actually just came out of the room double checking for light leaks and it's nearly pitch black minus a small single LED from the a.c. unit which I covered. Not sure what...

I agree that CFL can get quite warm though.

Well I'm sure the 65 watt cfl's won't impact the energy bill as much. The primary light source is LED anyway. They are really only in there because I am using the hoods for cooling and I wanted to use them for supplemental lighting.

Yes they are. I realize they don't put out much heat or light. The cooling was needed for the LED panels, they put out more heat than ya might think. It is 77 degrees in the room right now. Nice balance. I just threw cfl's in the hoods because I figured it would be a waste if I didn't use them!

I want to add that I did get 2 duct fans included with the hoods. One is exhausting through the hoods and the other is bringing fresh air in.

Went looking for some ventilation and I came across a deal with 2 hoods. Threw a couple 65 watt cfl's in the hoods. Didn't have the money or good enough ventilation or ballast for hid. But I threw my light meter up and these definitely put out nice supplemental lighting!

Understandable. I am hoping that in time most places have accepted it.
