we're about to start our very small indoor setup. and wondering how many watts of fluor's would be sufficient cause we dont have enough money for hps. would 2 30 watt bulbs be fine for a real small area?

getting ready to set everything up and order the seeds and what not. have never grown before so i was just wondering how long it takes for the plant to mature enough to pick and cure. we're growing some ak-48 seeds with 30-40 watt fluorescent lights cause we're po. any help would be greatly...
