I have to use unisom otherwise I only sleep 4 hours. Just happened, since I don't want to overuse I try valerian or chamomile tea every 2 nights instead which does nothing. Nothing besides unisom actually makes me sleep past 3:30

If you want for sleep in my opinion unless your problem is only with falling asleep and not staying asleep that edibles will be better for sleep in theory because smoking effects are normally 3 hours max. But if you do use it for sleep don't just buy indica strains because there are plenty...

Is it possible to get a decently potent yield (>18%thc) with potted auto flowers using only sunlight and therefore never having them on a 24/24?

I'm looking for strains especially high in Pinene and or Terpinolene. I'm also curious if there's anything I can do during growing that can make these terpenes become more expressed.

I haven't seen this discussed anywhere or in any books I've read so I'll ask here. Is it a bad idea during veg to have plants outside (in pots) all day and then once the sun goes down bring them inside and place them under LEDs so that it's a 24 hour light period?
