I have only done SOG. Largest yield per plant has been 134g. Average yield? 50-60. This is mostly due to plant count and plant size. When I can run more plants I'll take 60 from 48 plants vs 134 from 12 ANY DAY.

You need to let those cubes dry a bit. 4" cubes hold too much water IMO for cloning and seed starting.
