Well... Actually a GPS capable phone is *not* needed to track your position; when your phone is hooked to a cell, company knows the radius in which you're in :) But the information is not stored unless police/secret-services/mafia/other-cool-guys are not interested in you. About software...

Cops generally need to be granted to do so... I mean, without an explicit authorization (the warrant), phone companies will give them nothing but a "Sorry" :D And the SMS/MMS stuff is flushed away from servers after successful (or unsuccessful) delivery, AFAIK. It's a matter of disk space...

Thank you :) For what I recall, here are some data. 4 seeds in CellMax Universal Terra, no "pre" germination. Seeds were placed straight in the soil. Then about 1 month of veg, under a SonLight Fluo; two males, two females. Flowering under a 400W HPS for about 60-70 days with only CellMax...

I have grown these seeds only once (Sensi Seeds Big Bud); three seeds in soil, indoor. They turned out in three very nice girls. No particular cares, only the usual things we all do :)
