when i first flip my clones how far should i keep my light off them (1000) watts and how long before i start giving nutrients?:confused:

I am running two 1000watt lights pulling cool air from under my house through the lights and into attic.I have a 8inch charcoal filter also blowing into attic and a intake fan pulling fresh air from under my house.my room is 6x12.this is my first indoor grow and am wondering if pulling the air...
