I apologize as this is not really going to help your current situation much, but for future reference... I've noticed that using supplemental Ultraviolet lighting really helps facilitate the ripening of flowers all around, including trichome color transitions.

Had the same thing with my humidifier. green LED was keeping the flower room lit up. I taped over it but there was still a tiny bit of luminence from behind the plastic casing. Didn't hurt the plants a bit.

EDIT: LOL disregard... roots have been discussed a bunch. my bad. Any change in the plants? I scanned through some of the replies and I don't think I saw anyone mention possible root damage. I agree too that 1000ppm for a clone seems pretty high, and that could have have stressed the root zone...

I'd sex them all in the DWC tub then take clones from the best looking female, toss all the plants, then put the healthiest clone(s) back into the DWC setup. Just my 2c. Good Luck
