My suggestion is to ditch the things or return them and get things with proven results. If you live in a area where hydroponic stores dont exist, I would try EBay... I shop there all the time with no problems. If you start off with lights that you mentioned you will end up getting the better...

If you are growing from seed be careful. The areoflo's chambers are all in one, meaning that when you sex your plants and get rid of the males you will also have to get rid of the roots. Which might be too late cause the roots will be entangled together.. Just a thought. I grow from clones...
