Okay, so I picked up some vermiculite and perlite. I'm thinking of doing 1/3 of each including the peat moss. I've got some dolomite lime to lower the PH of the soil by mixing it in my water if need be. Seeds are taking forever to germinate but as far as I know I've got 100% germination rate.

There is also the HP version which has extra perlite and less peat, says good for when extra drainage is needed. This is sounding better maybe? I know drainage is important from my last grow.
