See pics for an issue i just noticed. I had a couple of buds I noticed were brown and when ripped apart had some fuzzy white stuff in them, also found a seed 😫. They are Bubba Kush in week 5/6 of flower, outside in pots. Is this bud rot? What do I do?

My plants are into 2nd or maybe 3rd week of flower and the large fan leaves are turning a lighter green and some of the very low and inside leaves are yellowish. All other leaves and the rest of the plant look healthy. I already cut off the yellower ones so not in pic. Is this normal? Is this...
