Hi Guys, Started some autos w my led light. I know there veg and life cycle is different .my light has the two combinations, one for growth, and the reds for bloom. Should I switch the Reds on all the time ? Or wait till I see buds like a photo ?? Thank you

Everything I have read about growing autos says to keep them as stress free as possible...we are getting some really nice sunny daze, would it make sense to put them in the sun when it's bright, and back under the grow light at night ? or just keep them in the grow room all the time ??? Thank...
